Welcome to
Epiphany Community Health Outreach Services
Epiphany Community Health Outreach Services (ECHOS) is a non-profit 501.c.3 organization located in Southwest Houston. Our mission is to aid those in need of free or low cost medical and social services access those services that are available. ECHOS's doors are open to all in need, regardless of place of current residence, country of origin, ethnicity or immigration status.

ECHOS is open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM and at other times as indicated by our calendar.
